With over 20 years of experience working directly with middle market and multibillion dollar corporations, Victor’s professional achievements have cemented his standing as an astute and agile manager.
Victor boasts a sterling performance record from start-up of business units to establishment of year-over-year revenue growth at the scale of multimillion dollars in sales. Victor also excels at identifying and realizing division goals in terms of increasing revenue, reducing costs, and P&L results. His aptitude as a staff development leader has created $150 million in recent account wins. Victor studied at the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Georgetown University and completed the Sales and Strategy Program at Harvard Business School. He is a Certified Treasury Professional and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Aquinas College.
Victor Notaro currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking/Mid-Corporate Banking for Citizens Financial Group. His responsibilities include directing market penetration and growth through the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern states. Through his leadership role in the twelfth largest bank in the United States, Victor has secured more than $500 million in sales volume. He offers a diverse portfolio of banking services such as interest rate hedging, acquisition finance, foreign exchange, treasury, and other capital strategies. Victor received the Chairman’s Credo Award for top sales achievement in 2015.
Before his work with Citizens Financial Group, Victor Notaro was the Senior Vice President of Commercial & Corporate Banking for Fifth Third Bancorp. While he worked there, he established multiple bank revenue streams that created $5 million to $8 million in profitability. As a result, he won several awards, including the Bravo Award in 2011 and the Fifth Third Trailblazer Award the following year. Victor also worked for PNC Financial Services Group for eleven years, including as the Senior Vice President, Group Manager. He was responsible for management of the 40-member post-acquisition global treasury management team. During his time with PNC Financial Services Group, Victor won the PNC’s Chairman’s Circle Award for his excellent work.
